Fund activity by month
Fund balances are ledger balances; cash/bank/FD are asset balances. They must not be added together as if they were separate available funds. Opening balances, period allocations and bank reconciliation require validation.

Record a reconciliation remark
Secretary-only. Remarks are append-only and appear in the shared monthly statement. Do not enter personal banking details.
Provisional ledger statement. Opening balances, outstanding dues and bank reconciliation have not been independently verified. Amounts under “increases” and “decreases” are account movements; they are not interchangeable with cash receipts and payments.

Accounting — secretary
TEST MODE ONLY. Do not enter actual association transactions yet. Saved journal entries are permanent records; posting is irreversible through this interface. Use a separate staging Supabase project for test postings.
New journal entry
Two balanced lines are generated from your selection. Debit (+), credit (−). Save as draft first, then explicitly post after reviewing.
Journal register
Showing the latest 200 records. Filters apply to these records only; not a complete historical search.
Unposted drafts are excluded from financial reports. Review before posting; corrections to posted records require a separately approved reversal workflow.
Association audit history
Metadata only. This is not yet a signed, independently distributed audit archive.
Security diagnostics
Run this test while signed in as the Flat 301 test resident. It uses your existing authenticated session, makes read-only database requests, and does not display credentials or tokens.
An empty journal cannot prove row isolation. INSERT denial, posting permissions, backup restoration, MFA and audit integrity still require separate tests before production.
